You have to scale up cute but not very friendly bears for sending them to space when they have grown enough, giving them meatballs. If they try to attack you, jump with the Z key. You will be invulnerable, but you will not be able to shoot while jumping. And don't distract yourself: the SkullWatcher will be pursuing you constantly. Try to get the best score you can to not make firing you an option!
